My husband hated coffee, even the smell until he doctored it up enough to make it like something that resembled junk food anyway. I don't know why I mention this, but... he drinks it all day long - in fact it's the only liquid he drinks.
It may just be the medication change that you have gone through. You will get your taste back soon. Just give it time to adjust.
