Here's how much of the airplane seatbelt I DIDN'T need! Yes, that's about 8 inches. See that khaki knee next to me? Never even bumped it during the flight.

yea for you! now - as a former flight attendant, I must tell you that taking pictures on the plane is not allowed. ;-)
add that to the list, right??
How funny, just today I wrote that I am looking forward to getting on a plane (on Thursday) and seeing how much space is left of the seat belt. Last year I hid the seat belt under my belly, too embarrased to ask for an extender.
